Terms of Service

By using AgenTorQ (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

AgenTorQ is an agentic AI platform available as a Salesforce managed package that runs on-platform in your org, and as a standalone web app that runs largely in your browser. It lets you connect your own accounts (Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Salesforce and others) and your own AI provider keys so a model of your choice can answer questions grounded on your data, take actions you approve, and — via DevSpace Studio — read, edit and deploy code.

2. Your accounts and keys

• You connect your own third-party accounts via each provider's standard OAuth flow and may disconnect at any time.
• You are responsible for your own API keys and for complying with the terms of the AI providers, MCP servers and connected services you use, including their rate limits and acceptable-use rules.
• You must have the right to access any data, repository or org you connect.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, access data or systems you are not authorised to access, abuse connected providers' APIs, or attempt to circumvent the Service's security or access controls. You are responsible for the prompts you send, the code you deploy and the actions you approve.

4. Actions, code changes & operating modes

The agent may propose write actions (e.g. sending email, creating a record, running a Flow) and code changes (e.g. editing or deploying Apex/LWC/Flows, committing to GitHub, opening or merging a pull request). The Service provides enforced operating modes — including an Ask mode that waits for your approval and a Plan mode that never deploys — and destructive actions such as deletes always require confirmation. Nevertheless, you are responsible for reviewing and confirming any action or deployment, and for its consequences in your systems.

5. Data

Handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. In summary, connected data is processed at the moment you ask and sent to the AI model you choose; it is not sold, and it is not used to train models.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by AgenTorQ and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service under these terms. You retain all rights to your own data, prompts, code and content; as between you and AgenTorQ, output generated for you is yours to use, subject to the terms of the model provider you selected. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law. AgenTorQ is an independent product and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Salesforce or any AI model provider; their names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates third parties you choose (AI model providers, connector/OAuth brokers, MCP servers, hosting and authentication). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and AgenTorQ is not responsible for their availability, content or actions.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete — verify anything important before you rely on it or deploy it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenTorQ and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Service — including any action, code change or deployment you approve. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgenTorQ from claims, damages and costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

11. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; the sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, no-warranty, liability, indemnity) survive.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; we will change the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
